Great podcast. I look forward to more of them. I have been struggling with how to describe a metaphor I am using in my dissertation as a stimulus. I have been interested in mindfulness since the mid-90s but have only recently discovered the RFT website and other reading materials (Relational Frame Theory, Hayes, Barnes-HOlmes, Roche, 2001, among others). I think I have found what I have been looking for, and I am so excited. Thanks a bunch. E.J.Lawrence
